Combat Clay contains micro crystals (77%), and Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate, and trace minerals (23%). When water is added to Combat Clay, the micro crystals are broken apart into its mineral components and then recombined as a molecule. This molecule is then suspended in the water leaving behind the remaining 23% of the clay.

Combat Clay

Most common questions about Combat Clay.

What is Combat Clay?

Combat Clay is a product name Earth’s Natural Remedies, LLC and its partners have assigned to the clay.

Why is the name Combat Clay?

Earth’s Natural Remedies, LLC and its partners have rebranded the name of the clay so as not to be compared to or associated with common clay.

Why is Combat Clay better than common clay?

Combat Clay is composed of about 77% Montmorillonite, a micro (1 -2 nanometers) crystal and 23% Calcium Sulphate (Gypsum), Calcium Carbonate and trace minerals. The Montmorillonite crystals, when exposed to water, swell up and beak the chemical bonds of within the crystal, which allows the individual atoms to re-combine into an aluminum silicate molecule. This aluminum silicate molecule is suspended in the water forming a colloidal suspension. It is one of the most effective and powerful healing clays used to treat both internal and external maladies.

A significant issue with common clay is, once the Montmorillonite crystals, which are the active mineral in clay, are exposed to water, the crystals are destroyed and the aluminum silicate molecule is suspended in the water. Once the water dries up the aluminum silicate molecule is destroyed rendering the common clay in dry lake beds and deposits inert.

Where does Combat Clay originate?

Combat Clay is mined at 3,500 feet in the mountains, making it truly unique for two key reasons: its exceptionally high concentration of Montmorillonite crystals and its remarkable purity, containing virtually no heavy metals, toxins, or contaminants.

Where does common clay originate?

Common clay is mined from dry lake beds where the common clay has, during exposure to rain and runoff, becomes contaminated with various, harmful heavy metals, toxins and fecal matter.

What is common clay used for?

Common clay is a common mineral found around the world. It is used in many industrial applications including as a lubricant for drilling rigs, an absorption in cat litter, desiccant, etc. Common clay is, also, used in various cosmetic and skin care products. The clay used in these applications is, significantly, inferior to Combat Clay.
